Return & Exchange Policy

Of course we want you to love your AlmaRose Bag, but we understand that sometimes things happen. If you wish to return your bag, please see the details below:

RETURN POLICY

• We accept returns (excluding gift cards) 45 calendar days from date of purchase.
• All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.
• The original shipping cost on your initial order is non-refundable. Free shipping is not offered on returns.
• Once the return is received, the processing time can take up to 25 days upon receipt of returned goods.
• Email: almarosebags@gmail.com with your order number, item to be returned and contact name.

 EXCHANGE POLICY

• Items that are defective and/or damaged may be exchanged for the same item.

SALES ITEMS

• All promotional code and sale items are final sale.
