Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 business days upon receiving it for an EXCHANGE.  All exhanges are contingent upon the following:

  • Goods must be undamaged.
  • Goods must be unused.
  • The original duster bag must be included.
  • The product has manufacture dysfunctional parts.
  • All dysfunctional parts must be included.

All exchanges must be initiated via email with the invoice number in the SUBJECT line. Once an email is received, an exchange invoice will be administered.

Upon receiving the exchange email, instructions to complete this process will be administered within 2-3 business days.

Please note that all exchanges are based upon original prices. All sales, discounts or promotional codes do not apply to returns and exchanges. The exchange(s) MUST be identical to ensure an even exchange.  

Please be aware of the following:

  • There is a non-negotiable reprocessing fee of $45 (USD) on bag exchanges.
  • The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost back to AlmaRose. Additionally customer is responsible for shipment of new bag back to them.
  • AlmaRose will only cover the shipping for damaged and dysfunctional exchanges.
  • The reprocessing fee is waived for damaged and dysfunctional exchanges.
  • There are currently NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS offered on apparel items (i.e. graphic tee, slouchy tee shirts).
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your product to ship out for your initial order.
